Description
Leaf/Shim thermocouple sensor commonly used in surface
temperature measurement.
Available in Type K, J or T, these grounded junction fast
response thermocouples are supplied welded to a standard
sized stainless steel shim 20mm x 15mm. They are ideal for
welding or bonding to surfaces for permanent temperature
measurement of a variety of applications such as vessels,
metalwork or heaters.
They are supplied with 2 metres of flexible glass fibre
insulated, stainless steel over braided, 7/0.2mm stranded
thermocouple lead wire as standard. The sensor is suitable
for use up to 350°C and comes complete with 75mm long
tails. It can be made to any length to suit your application
or where longer cable runs are required.
