Mineral Insulated RTD with Miniature (KSE) Head
Description
Resistance temperature detector (Pt100) with mineral
insulated Stainless Steel sheath terminated with a
miniature (KSE) head.
Pt100 resistance thermometers manufactured from
mineral insulated cable are suitable for use with
temperatures up to 600°C. The sensing element is housed
within the tip of the 3mm or 6mm probe providing
protection from oils, gasses and other minerals.
Although shown straight, theses mineral insulated sensors
can be manipulated and shaped to suit the application,
they can also be manufactured in very long lengths.
The RTD has a screw top IP68 miniature weather-proof
head which can be used with smaller diameter probes and
is ideal for applications where there is restricted access or
space is limited. It has an M16 cable entry and comes with
a ceramic terminal block.
